Ecumenism
A quarterly review published by the Canadian Centre for Ecumenism in the service of Christian unity and interfaith understanding. While maintaining the title, Ecumenism, this periodical distinguishes between ecumenical (interchurch) and interfaith relations, given their respective and very different goals.
Each issue of Ecumenism develops a central theme with articles by representatives of various churches or religions plus regular features: international and local ecumenical news, book reviews, resources. Ecumenism is available in French and English editions and is received by subscribers in more than 40 countries.

Oecuménisme
Une revue trimestrielle publiée par le Centre canadien d'oecuménisme, au service de l'unité chrétienne et du rapprochement interreligieux. Tout en gardant le titre Oecuménisme, cette revue fait la distinction entre les relations oecuméniques (inter-Églises) et les relations interreligieuses, vu la différence entre leurs objectifs respectifs.
Chaque numéro d'Oecuménisme comprend des articles par des représentants de diverses Églises chrétiennes ou traditions religieuses, autour d'un thème central, ainsi que des rubriques régulières: nouvelles oecuméniques internationales, nationales et régionales, recensions de livres et ressources. Oecuménisme est publié en versions française et anglaise et distribué dans une quarantaine de pays.

Ending subscription service for "Ecumenism" journal
Hello,
The "Ecumenism in Canada" website will no longer be publishing the content of the "Ecumenism/Oecuménisme" journal. The Canadian Centre for Ecumenism, which produces the journal has decided to establish their own independent website. The content will eventually be posted at www.oikoumene.ca. No further journal content will be published at ecumenism.net.
As a subscriber to the "Ecumenism/Oecuménisme" online content, you have received notice when the introductory articles were posted online. As we remove material from our website, we would like to thank you for subscribing to this service.
We would also like to offer you an opportunity to subscribe to our other online notifications. We currently offer two services:
1. "Ecumenism in Canada / Oecuménisme au Canada" contains the material posted on our main page.
2. "Ecumenical news / Nouvelles oecuméniques" contains news articles of ecumenical and interreligious interest. These articles are frequently culled from online news services. However, there are also original news items sent from time to time.
Each of these channels will have notices about ecumenical documents. Occasionally, entire documents are distributed in this way.
